Welcome to the Flowrage Technology Internship Program! We are excited to embark on this journey with you. Please review the following terms (“Intern Terms”) to ensure a productive and rewarding internship experience at Flowrage Technology. By applying and participating in our internship program, you agree to abide by these terms.
Acceptance of Internship Offer
Upon receiving an internship offer letter from Flowrage Technology, please confirm your acceptance within the specified timeframe. If no response is received, acceptance will be assumed by default.
Internship Duration
The internship will last between 1 to 3 months, as outlined in your offer letter. This period specifies your active engagement in the internship program.
Responsibilities
As an intern at Flowrage Technology, you will actively participate in assigned tasks and responsibilities, which may include projects, assignments, or collaborative efforts.
Code of Conduct
Interns are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism, ethical conduct, and integrity throughout the internship. Adherence to Flowrage Technology’s values is essential.
Confidentiality
Any confidential information disclosed during the internship must be treated with the utmost discretion and may not be shared with third parties without proper authorization.
Performance Evaluation
Your performance will be evaluated based on dedication, commitment, and the quality of your work. Constructive feedback will be provided to support your professional growth.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property developed during the internship will be owned by Flowrage Technology, ensuring clarity on ownership of created work.
Attendance and Punctuality
Interns are expected to adhere to the internship schedule, maintaining regular attendance and punctuality. Consistent participation is crucial for a successful internship.
Communication
Effective communication with supervisors and colleagues is vital. Prompt updates on progress, challenges, and relevant information will foster a collaborative work environment.
Feedback and Improvement
Flowrage Technology is committed to providing feedback to help you enhance your skills. Your openness to learning and adapting is key to a successful internship.
Termination
Flowrage Technology reserves the right to terminate the internship if interns fail to comply with these Intern Terms or engage in conduct detrimental to the organization.
Certificates and Letter of Recommendation (LOR)
Outstanding interns may receive certificates and Letters of Recommendation upon successful completion of the program and meeting specific criteria. LORs are merit-based, acknowledging exceptional performance.
Stipend or Payment
Interns eligible after the interview round may receive a performance-based stipend, subject to company policies. The amount and details will be determined based on your performance and contribution during the internship. Please note, enrolling in the interview process does not guarantee eligibility for the stipend. There is an administrative cost of Rs. 499/- to participate in the interview process.
No Guarantee of Full-Time Employment
Participation in the Flowrage Technology Internship Program does not guarantee a full-time job offer upon completion.
